All our products are made to order to keep our costs as low as possible. We aim to produce and ship every product as soon as we can.  All products will be shipped with tracking so we can track your items all the way to your collection for added peace of mind.

Some of our products are very large, and as such will not fit through standard doors. It is the customers responsibility to ensure you are able to take delivery of such items when our courier arrives. 

If there is a problem with your order or any items within your order please contact us immediately to discuss how best to resolve the problem. If products are found to be faulty, ZooWizards will endeavour to replace or fix the items with 30 working days from the date of order.
